Low consumption and energy saving:The iron core made of amorphous alloy material has low no-load loss and no-load current, equivalent to 30% of silicon steel sheet. The no-load loss of amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is 75% lower than the value stipulated in GB/T10228, which can greatly reduce the operation cost and the energy-saving effect is remarkable. Strong corrosion resistance: non-product alloy iron core through the resin and high-temperature silicone for full encapsulation treatment to effectively prevent rust and amorphous alloy fragments fall off, thus effectively protecting the iron core and coil ring low non-sexual amount of electrical noise: in order to reduce the product noise, in the design of the product to choose a reasonable industrial tree product energy pressure for the magnetic flux density, in the processing of the product to improve the structure of the iron core and coils, the use of special noise-reducing water and other materials and processes, the product noise is lower than the national standard GB/T10228, the product noise.
